VIETNAMOBILE SUPPORTS THE COUNTRY WITH SPECIAL DATA PACKAGES & 888 CARE SERVICE DURING THE DIFFICULT TIME OF THE 4TH WAVE COVID-19 EPIDEMIC

 

Sharing difficulties & supporting customers in the context of many localities implementing social distancing and lockdowns due to the new wave of Covid-19 epidemic, under the chair of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Vietnamobile officially participates the telecommunications service support package.

Customers can send a request to top up the card by dialing *888# or calling 888, Vietnamobile staff will contact the customer directly to support the card recharge.
  • Offers special card top-up promotion up to 200-300% and give an extra 30 days using for recharge value from 50K.

 

In addition, Vietnamobile continues to provide support solutions such as: Free 100% of extra of the data capacity of add-on packages when fully renewed; Free 10GB data when fully renewing the default package and discount up to 30% subscription fee for 3 or 6 consecutive months.

 

Joining hands with the Government, Ministries, Provinces and Cities, Vietnamobile participates in supporting free SMS for alert citizen and free call for 1022 center for citizen calling health care call center, helping customers have more benefits when they need medical answers in timely. With the discipinary forces to prevent and control the epidemic on duty in the streets, Vietnamobile gives away umbrellas to quarantine checkpoints in many parts of the country.
