- Hanoi Telecom Jsc (Hanoi Telecom – Hanoi Telecom Corporation) was established on May 2nd 2001 with a charter capital of VND 1,600 billion. Allowed by the Prime Minister, Directorate of Post – Ministry of Information and Communications did grant Hanoi Telecom full licenses of providing fixed and mobile communication services, Internet, VOIP, local and international phone services like VNPT and Viettel corporations. For more than 15 years, Hanoi Telecom has been growing fast and become a corporation, which composes of more than 16 member companies with approximately 10,000 employees. Hanoi Telecom has built up a national scale telecommunications infrastructure; especially, has been the country leader in cable optical transmission with over 10.000km range, spanning from the Northwest, Northeast to Southwest and Southwest of Vietnam.
