To cancel the service: Compose “HUY _data package name" and send to 123
For example, to cancel D5 package, compose “HUY D5” and send to 123

Remarks

• Monthly/weekly/daily fees shall be charged to the core balance. Pay As You Go rate is 25 VND/50kb deducted from net, promotion, and core balance.
• After canceling the data package, the applied tariff is Pay As You Go Rate.
• When registering for a new data package, the remaining data in the previous register will not be accumulated to the new data volume. Data validity will be based on the validity of the new package.
• Subscribers can register/cancel data packages many times in the month. Data package fee will be deducted accordingly
• The package will be automatically extended. In case of insufficient account balance, the system will charged in Pay As You Go Rate.
• System will reactivate the monthly package automatically when subscribers top up in 15 days
• 4G/3G will automatically switch to 2G network when you are out of 4G/3G coverage areas.
• Purchased Data plan will be applied for both 2G & 4G/3G traffic
