- National Training: To have a successful sales team, the responsibility of training new and current employees often falls under the responsibilities of Sales Operations
- Channel Management: Checking on field to ensure the efficiency of distribution channel
- Payment: Ensure the accuracy and timely payment for both internal and external channe
- Trade: Control the trade budget to follow overall S&D budget. Ensure the reasonable & effective trade production and visibility
- Evaluation and Implementation: By evaluating data, Sales Operations employees ensure the success of a product or implement new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results
- Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.
