• Delivery of Sales targets by month/ quarter/ yearly.

• Increase the selling Outlets as per company goals.

• Increase productivity per outlet as per company goal.

• Develop and support the distribution channel; contribute to the planning and implementing the sales strategy align with each national strategy.

• Ensure the distributor implement strictly the distribution contract.

• Set clear KPI/ objectives for distributor’s sales team, track the execution daily and have timely solution if necessary.

• To achieve VNM’s availability and visibility at all outlets through regular market check and follow up.

• Monitor stock and ensure adequate stock levels in distributor and market.

• Ensure effective implementation of agreed retail and consumer promotional program from Master dealer.
• Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree
• Any other further higher qualification
• Experience in relevant industries

Knowledge and Skills

• Analytical and basic computer skills
• Excellent selling, negotiation & influencing skills
• Passionate and have drive to perform
