Job description:
Ø Conduct commission calculation and work with BI/FIN to assure the accuracy and timely output along the commission issuance process
Ø Assist Director of Sales Administration & Operation and Deputy General Director to prepare budget planning and conduct quarterly review forecast
Ø Make monthly review on Sales & Distribution cost spent and control the running cost within budget plan
Ø Data management: Developing, ensuring the correctness, keeping updated the master data of distribution, outlets, sales force.
Ø Channel and sales program efficiency tracking
Job requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
Ø Experiences in Sales Operation, Sales admin or similar field.
Ø BSc/BA in relevant field
Knowledge and Skills
Ø Communication, data consolidation and analysis, planning & implementing, project coordinating & tracking.
Ø Knowledge about  telecom and business systems is a plus
Ø Good writing English, enough verbal English.
