Job Description:
1. Recruitment
- Responsible for recruitment activities and ensure the KPI target meet
- Make sure recruitment process is up to company policy and procedure as well as company process
- Make sure headcount budget and salary range is under control
- Create and Update Job Description for all positions
- Build and keep candidate pool updated
- Build and maximize the recruitment channel and network
- Make weekly report on recruitment status
- Support the department’s director/manager about the recruitment status and possibilities
2. Training
- Implement HR induction for new employees
- Schedule Training plan for the company base on training demand from respective department
- Monitor and evaluate training results
- Develop in-house training material
- Create ad-hoc report as requested
3. PIC of North Branch HR tasks
4. Other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree with major in English, Business Administration, Economics or Human Resources.
- At least 5 years experience in HR Training and Recruitment
Knowledge and Skills
- Good knowledge of Human Resources procedures, Labor laws
- Good interpersonal and time managerial skills
- Hard-working, good team player, supportive, proactive, initiative and reliable
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PPT, Excel)
- Discretion, able to handle confidential information
- Own head hunting skills
- Good communication skill in Vietnamese and English
