- Provide support to Procurement Manager to accomplish her tasks of IT, Finance, HR-ADM, Network, Sales & Marketing procurement including procurement process, develop and manage business partners, tendering process for relevant division requirements.
- Maintain business partners (including suppliers, local mobile operators, subcontractors,…) contract management.
- To conduct Purchase Request, Purchase Order process.
- Prepare document, translation, presentation, meeting minutes.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Foreign Trade, Commercial, Economics, Business Administration
- At least 3 years experience in related field or the same position
Knowledge and Skills
- Hardworking, effective working in a team as well as independent
- Good English and communication skills.
