Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong - General Director of Vietnamobile attended the seminar

On the afternoon of October 10, 2025, at the 4th floor Hall, the headquarters of the Hanoi Women's Union, Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong - General Director of Vietnamobile Mobile Telecommunications Joint Stock Company, Member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Women Entrepreneurs Association - attended and shared at the Seminar "Promoting the role of women in the capital in Party building, government building, digital transformation firmly entering the new era". 

The program was organized by the Capital Women's Newspaper in coordination with the Hanoi Women's Union, towards the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025-2030, and at the same time celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025). 

At the seminar, Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong shared her perspective on the role of women in the national digital transformation process, especially in the field of telecommunications - the foundational infrastructure of the digital economy. She emphasized:  

“Women are not only beneficiaries of technology, but also creators, leaders and inspirers in the digital transformation journey. With a steadfast, creative and humane spirit, Vietnamese women can become a pioneering force to help society transform more strongly in the digital age.” 

The program was organized by the Capital Women Newspaper in collaboration with the Hanoi Women's Union, aiming at the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030, and at the same time celebrating the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day and the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025).  

At the discussion, Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong shared her perspective on the role of women in the national digital transformation process, especially in the field of telecommunications - the basic infrastructure of the digital economy. She emphasized: 

“Women are not only beneficiaries of technology, but also creators, leaders and inspirers in the digital transformation journey. With a steadfast, creative and humane spirit, Vietnamese women can become a pioneering force to help society transform more strongly in the digital age.” 

Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong's speech received the attention of delegates, because it not only reflected the strategic vision in the field of technology - telecommunications, but also spread the message of equality, integration and innovation - the core values ​​that Vietnamobile pursues throughout its development journey.  

Along with other outstanding female leaders such as Associate Professor Dr. Bui Thi An, MSc. Pham Thi Ly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hao..., the presence of Dr. Nguyen Hien Phuong at the program continues to affirm the image of a modern woman - brave, intelligent and a pioneer in the era of digital transformation
