• Admin tasks
• Raise Purchasing requisition for accruals
• Reporting on FN SF attendance, leave
• HR activities support
• Prepare payment request for FN Department
• Raise payment request for FN & other departments
• Ensure that expense claims is properly supported by legitimate documents before record entry into system
• Ensure all daily transactions are accurately and timely accounted for
• Follow up due date of payment as per payment term and release payment on time
• Confirm the AC balance with staff, third party and supplier periodically
• Ensure monthly AP sub-ledger is agreed with ledger
• Keep track all payment documents on approval process
• File, keep and maintain documents carefully in order and safety place

Qualifications & Experience

• University Degree, prefer in finance & accounting field
• Have from 1-2 year experience in relating field

Knowledge and Skills

• Trustworthy, careful, good management skill 
• Working knowledge of MS Office

Language

• Good communication skills in Vietnamese
• A little bit of English
