Job description:
1. Process & Policies: Support Head of HRA to
- Advise BOM in Organization design, HR strategies and annual HR and workforce plans
- Build, update and revise HR policies, operational procedures and standardize the HR forms/ templates
2. General HR Management: Ensure the smooth implementation of daily HR activities with 2 main KPIs: quality and punctuality.
- Staffing
- Monthly payroll and employees’ benefits
- Training activities
- Disciplinary/ Recognition: warning , rewarding
- Employee Relations
- Monthly, Quarterly & Annually HR event/activities: New employee Induction/Orientation, Health checkup, Summer Holiday,
- Social activities/Events Organizer for employee
- Office image & professionalism

3. Other tasks: Managing logically Admin tasks for Company

- To be updated and assigned by Head of HRA

Job requirements:
- MBA/ or BA with focus on HR management;
- Minimum 5 years experience in human resources operational activities in multinational firms;
- Understanding of Vietnamese Labor law;
-Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations and understand well of labor market;
- Good management, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent leadership, management, analytical and negotiation skills, including budget management
- Able to communicate and coordinate well with staff including Vietnamese and international partners
- Very self confident, precise and well organized person
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Fluent in English
