Job description:
• Organise ITSS team.
• Team chart and acquire team
• Build and Implement ITSS system.
• IT Service Catalog
• IT ServiceDesk system.
• Processes
• Operate the ITSS system.
• Receive and Coordinate all of IT requests/incidents.
• Monitoring & Reporting status of requests/incidents.

Job requirements:
Qualifications & Experience
- University, College degree in Computer/Management Science.
- IT service oriented mindset with at least 3 years experience in the same possition.
- Experienced in implementing ITSM system.
Knowledge and Skills
- ITSM framework: ITIL, COBIT
- Leadership skills
- Organisation and time management skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Other Skills: Training, Reporting, Presentation skills.
Fluently communicate in English.
