A business process executive helps Head of department to evaluate, execute and control business process, which is a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives. Also need to work with other team mates to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals.
- Level: Junior Staff
- Direct Manager: Head of Service & Experience.
• Identify & analysis of business process workflows
• Analysis process bottle necks and make recommendations through project management.
• Review inefficiencies of each department and improve the business flow.
• Draft standard operating procedure for current and new process flows
• Identify risks and issues on customer experience associated with the project and propose solutions.
• Provide documents for BSD team to do training, coaching and mentoring customers service representatives.
• Support on FAQ of V// website as well as frontline
• Support managing quality assurance activities of outsource customer service partners
• Help BSD team to prepare and deliver clear & inspiring briefings for all new products, services, information for frontline staff.
• Support to monitor training performance of outsource customer service partners to ensure customer service representatives meet V// standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Good problem solving & decision making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
- English: intermediate level
