Job Description
- Lead business transformation process through process re-engineering, automation and culture change.
- Supervise a team of staff to manage the service and product launch go-to-market logistic planning and operation.
- Lead CX department in planning and operation management to provide excellent experience on digital and traditional service channels.
- Define and assure customer experience along the customer journey.
- Drive the total resolution of issues on product and service to customers.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree;
- At least 5 years’ experience at management level leading a department, preferably in Telecom;
- Solid experience in Customer Service or Business Transformation.


Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in handling resistant to change;
- Good analytical skill and strong in decision making;
- Strong leadership – inspiring, engaging and motivating team in the business transformation journey.
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure.

Language
- Good at English
