SMS-Roaming is the service which allow all Vietnamobile prepaid subscribers can send and receive SMS while they are abroad by their own subscriber, no need to change new SIM or any SMS center

SMS-roaming tariff table is applied for Vietnamobile outbound prepaid subscribers to send SMS. Receiving SMS: free of charge. Please find the tariff by the country you are going to then study the instruction below the tariff table carefully.

Instruction
Access short code (register, terminate service): 789 (300 VND/SMS, VAT included)
Register service: Send “DK SMSRM” to 789
Terminate service: Send “HUY SMSRM” to 789
Assistant about service (free): Send “SMSRM” to 123
Notice:
- Customer should register the service 30 minute before leaving Vietnam. Service is enable until customer receives the confirmation SMS: “Quy khach da dang ky thanh cong DV SMS Roaming.Dich vu nghe-goi se bi tam ngung cho den khi Quy khach huy DV SMS Roaming.Chi tiet www.vietnamobile.com.vn”
- Minimum balance of VND 50,000 is required to register service. Customer can recharge money by scratch cards while customer is abroad by the same way as in domestic: *100* card number# press ok. Customer should refer to SMS-roaming tariff applied for the visiting country, estimate the numbers of SMS need to be sent and recharge money to assure the convenience of using service while customer is abroad.
- After successfully registering service, incoming and outgoing calls, GPRS are barring. When customer back to home country and successfully terminating service, all incoming and outgoing calls, GPRS are restored.
Tariff
- Any SMS to 789: 300 VND/ SMS (VAT included)
- Sending SMS: refer to SMS-roaming tariff table.
- Receiving SMS: free of charge
- All fees and tariff will be deducted from core balance
Notice:
SMS-roaming is one pricing tariff applied for roaming into any operator in visiting country, sending to visiting country or home country or any destination. For e.g.: Vietnamobile prepaid subscriber roams into any operator in Thailand, will have to pay VND9000/ SMS when sending one SMS (≤ 160 characters) to any subscriber in Thailand or any subscriber in Vietnam or any subscriber of any operator in the world.
When customer use SMS-roaming abroad, customer cannot send SMS to short code in home country (Vietnamobile short code, VAS short code 6xxx, 8xxxx…)
Coverage and tariff table is regularly updated. Customer should refer the update list before each register time
