How to register: Send sms 'DK _ name of the package' to 345

For example: if you want to register data package D1, send sms “DK_D1” to 345

Remark:

• Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily fees are deducted from the core balance. Pay as you go tariff is deducted from any net promotion balance & core balance.

• How to cancel: To cancel auto-renew package, send SMS “HUY name of the package” to 345. Cancellation will be effective from the next cycle.

• When registering for a new data package the remaining data in the previous package will be accumulated to the new data volume. Data validity will be same as validity of the new package with total data volume will be with the extended validity of the new package.

• As subscribers can register/cancel data packages many times in the month, a fee for each data package will be deducted accordingly.

• The daily package D1 has the validity until the end of the registration day.

• The monthly package is automatically renewed for the next month. In case there’s not enough balance, the system will charge pay as you go rate. System will not reactivate the monthly package automatically when subscribers top up; subscribers shall register again.

POSTPAID DATA TARIFF

Starts as low as 40K with 800 MB free while only elevate by steps and the ceiling is capped at only 150K per month with usage upto 5GB.

• Monthly fee starts at 40,000VND for the first 800 MB used.

• When data used reaches 800 MB, system will charge 4.5 VND/Kb extra data used until total monthly usage reaches 80,000 VND. From here, subscribers can freely use until they reach 1.8Gb data usage.

• When data used reaches 1.8GB, system will charge 4.5 VND/Kb extra data used until total monthly usage reaches 100.000VND. From here, subscriber can use freely until they reach 3GB data usage.

• When data used reaches 3GB, system will charge 4.5 VND/Kb extra data used until total monthly usage reaches 150.000VND. From here, subscriber can use freely until they reach 5GB data usage.

• When data used reaches 3GB, system will charge 4.5 VND/Kb extra data used until the cycle ends.
