Balance Definition

The Sim & Recharge balance is divided into Core balance & Promotional balance

1.    Core balance

-       Includes initial amount of starter kit after activation or face value of recharge after top up.

-       It can be used for all basic and value added services: local/international call & Sms, Vas, etc

 

2.    Promotional balance   

-       Includes promotional amount that Vietnamobile offers for their new activation, recharge or other usages.

-       Bonus is added into Promotion Balance 1 (TKKM 1) and Promotion Balance 2 (TKKM 2)

-       It can be used for any local call & data service (GPRS)

-       Validity of TKKM 1 is same as core balance; validity of TKKM 2 is 60days since the lastest addtion.

 

3.    On-net balance:

-       Includes On-net amount (in VND or minutes) that Vietnamobile bonus for customers to call and Sms on-net.

 

4.    Off-net balance:

-       Includes Off-net amount (in VND or minutes) that Vietnamobile bonus for customers to call and Sms off-net.

 

5.    Charging priority:

When customers incur chargeable activities, the balances are deducted based on the following prioity:
    1. On-net / Off-net balance in minutes (if any)
    2. On-net / Off-net balance in VND (if any)
    3. Promotional balance (if any)
    4. Core balance
