· Lifetime Validity: All VMOne subscribers can enjoy lifetime validity as long as they make at least 01 chargeable activity every 45 days (voice/sms/recharge, etc.)
- As soon as the subscribers make a chargeable activity, their validity automatically will extend by 45 days (if their current validity is less than 45 days).
- If the subscribers do not make any chargeable activity within 45 days, they will move from active to S1.
· Active period: Subscribers can use all services if the core balance is sufficient.
· S1 period (1-way suspended):
- Subscriber can only receive call/SMS (except those from content partners), make support & emergency free call/SMS.
- This is the grace period for subscriber top up. When S1 period expires, the account balance and subscriber's number will be 2-way suspended.
· S2 period (2-way suspended):
- Subscriber cannot use any services except making support and emergency free call/SMS.
- This is the number retention period. When S2 period expires, the account balance and subscriber's number are deleted.

· Off peak:
Ø 50% On-net discount for local voice calls is available from 00:00:00 to 05:59:59 on all week days (including Sundays & Public holidays)
Ø Off-peak hours shall NOT be applied in 03 special days below in order to prevent network traffic jam during those days:
- From 00:00:00 to 05:59:59 01/01/2011 1st day of New Year
- From 00:00:00 to 05:59:59 03/02/2011 1st day of Lunar New Year
- From 00:00:00 to 05:59:59 25/12/2011 Christmas Day
