VB600 is an IDD buffet package which allows Vietnamobile postpaid and prepaid subscribers to make 600 IDD minutes international calls to 20 following countries and territories:
+ Fixed and Mobile: Canada, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, America, India
+ Fixed only1: Australia, Austria, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea Republic of, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, UK
Notes:
· Validity of each package: 30 days from registration.
· Vietnamobile has right to change VB600 package scope (countries and territories) which is updated on www.vietnamobile.com.vn or Vietnamobile’s Call Center.
· Subscribers must use this service for individual intention only and must obey Vietnam laws. Fair User Policy applies. Not for commercial use or resale
· VB600 package is not applied for customers using international roaming services oversea (both outgoing and incoming calls when customers are oversea). Mobile termination charging fee when customers are roaming oversea is charged based on current IDD fee of Vietnamobile.

Package Fee
Vietnamobile customers have to pay only 299,000 VND/ package. The package fee will be considered as VB600 registration fee which has the validity of 30 days from registration/ renewal.
General principles
+ The package offers full 30 days of usage. Those subscribers, who have successfully registered VB600 package when make IDD calls via 1720, will be charged zero (0) because they have paid for package subscription fee. If customer cancels the package before the 30th day, he/she still has to pay the whole package fee.
+ In case of 1-way blocked or 2-way blocked (due to any reasons), although the package is not expired yet, customers still cannot use the package. Package duration cannot be extended and package fee cannot be refunded
For postpaid subscribers:
+ Package fee will be billed on 30 days billing circle from registration (not applied calendar month as usual). Example: registration date is on 04/07, billing circle will start from 04/07 to 03/08 (until the end of 02/08). Customer pays VB600 package fee according to July bill issued in the beginning of August.
+ Cancelation: Will NOT be applied during package validity (if valued customer sends SMS to cancel the package during package validity, customer will not be able to use the package and the package fee cannot be refunded). This package will be valid within 30 days from registration time or auto-renewal time recorded in the system if customer does not send SMS to cancel the package (after receiving notice from Vietnamobile).
+ In case customers is blocked (due to mobile handset loss or unclear debt): if customer does not request to cancel the package, it will be auto renewed and customer has to pay package fee.
For prepaid subscribers:
+ Customers cannot register/ renew VB600 this package if core balance is less than the value of package fee.
+ Package fee is for the validity of 30 days from registration (not applied calendar month as usual). Example: registration date is on 04/07, billing circle will start from 04/07 to 03/08 (until the end of 02/08). Package fee will be deducted into core balance right after successful registration/ renewal.
+ After reaching either the cap of package duration or package expiry date, if customers want to continue the service, customers need to send SMS to terminate current package and send SMS to renew for the next package. The duration and validity of new package will be applied upon the successful renewal and will replace the duration and validity of previous package (if any).
+ In order to use VB600 continuously after successful registration/ renewal, prepaid customers must to be on 2-way active during the package validity. If core balance is expiry and outgoing call is blocked, customer will not be able to use VB600. In order to use the service, customer needs to top up to open for outgoing call. If at top up time, the package validity is not expired, customer can continue using the package. If at top up time, the package validity is expired, customer cannot continue using the package and the package fee cannot be refunded.
+ In case customers send SMS to cancel the package before reaching either the cap of package duration or package expiry date: Customers will not be able to use the package.

VB600 dial Instruction:
To any calls to the destinations listed in package: Customers need to dial prefix 1720 before dialing your called number in order to distinguish between other normal IDD/VoIP calls.
Dialing method:
· 1720 + 00 + country/ destination code + area code (if any) + called number
Example: If you want to call a mobile number 0650 576 1234 in USA, please dial: 1720 00 1 650 576 1234. If you want to call a fixed number 0208 297 1234 in London, UK, please dial: 1720 00 44 208 297 1234
Note:
· Only have subscribers registered VB600 package are able to make calls to offered destinations via 1720. Those who do not register for this package, when dialing 1720 for IDD calls, will receive invalid dial notification.
· Prepaid customers can check duration left by pressing*102# then OK. Postpaid customers can access personal web portal to check used duration.
· Those subscribers who have registered for VB600 but do not follow above dialing instruction (still dial as normal IDD/VoIP: “+” or “00” or “172”) still be charged in accordance with Vietnamobile current tariff of IDD/VoIP service.
· Any calls to destinations which are not in VB600 destination list are not successful.
