2. Target customers : Corporate those have 20+ employees and provide the mobile allowance to their employees.
3. Offer:
- Free Sim (zero balance)
- FREE 2-way on-net call among CUG (Close User Group) with NO monthly fee
- Maximum 1,000 members per group
- 10% discount on voice tariff (off-net & non-CUG on-net): 1,350 vnd/min
4. Condition:
Recharge with total value ≥ 100,000vnd per 30 days per sub
5. Detail mechanism:
- Free CUG cycle: Each company has its own free CUG cycle which is 30 days from the 1st Sim activation date. V// does not provide individual CUG cycle.
- It means that if the employee top up 100k late 3 days, he can enjoy CUG only 27 days left.
- The 1st recharge is paid upon Sim receipt (by the company or by individual). V// system will pre-load 100K for all sims and give free CUG to all members
-> These sims have upfront 30 days (according to validity of 100K pre-load)
- From the second cycle: every 30 days, V// system will check total top up value of the MDN in the previous 30 days:
- If ≥ 100K -> the MDN continues to enjoy CUG free
- If < 100K -> the MDN will be excluded out of the group, no free CUG and normal voice tariff to be applied (1,500 vnd/min)
- As soon as the MDN top up enough 100K, he will auto rejoin the CUG.
- Recharge:
- Recharge amount to be added into core balance
- Recharge amount has validity, terms & conditions as normal recharge
- Eligible for 3-gold-day top up promotion but not eligible for 1st 10 RC promo.
- The 1st recharge will not be applied 3-gold-day top up promo.
- Not eligible for Lifetime validity
- Other tariff to be applied as normal
- FUP: 3,000 CUG on-net mins / month / sub (for communication only, no restrict in system)
6. Advance offer for special customers:
- For the company with 100+ employees, V// will automatically top up the required amount for the MDNs every 30 days.
- The company will pay monthly recharge upon receipt of V// invoice, normal 30 days credit terms like postpaid customers.
7. Others:
- To be distributed directly by the Corp Sales team or direct freelancers.
- Send sms to remind customers top up before end of cycle.
