You balance runs out of money? Just send request to get advanced credit.

1. Service introduction

Advanced Credit Service allows prepaid customers of Vietnamobile continue to use our service even their balances run out of money but still have validity (not yet suspend) by getting 3.000d in advance credit.

2. Eligible subscriber and terms and conditions:

Eligible subscribers:

- Activate at least 90 days

- 2 way active when using Advanced Credit Service

- Sum of core balance ≤ 300d

- Spend from core balance at least 50.000d in previous month

- Before each advance, have at least 1 recharge value at least 20.000d

3. User guide

To get advanced credit, press *911#OK (free of charge)

- Advanced credit value: 3.000d/each time.

- Added to Promotion balance TKKM 2 of prepaid subscriber, used for local services: voice/SMS/MMS (on-net, off-net)/data…)

- Withdraw advanced credit: when you recharge.

- Refund advanced credit: deduct from core balance with the amount equal to the advanced credit value.

4. Remark

After recharge, you have only 1 time send request for Advanced Credit Service.

- If you recharge, you have only 1 time get advanced credit since last recharge.

After getting advanced credit, if you have recharged but your balance has got not enough money to refund for the advanced credit value, you cannot use Advanced Credit Service.
