Research and Business Analyst Executive

1. POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Research and Business Analysts will work with different divisions under Sale Marketing departments across all business units and third party entities to define business processes and specify solutions which enable business to become more efficient and provide comprehensive consultation to management for long term recommendation on business aspects.
  • The Research and Business Analysts use their strong understand of business aspects, math and analytical skills to assess the performance of specific business units within Sales and Marketing Department and/or programs/activities. The results of these assessments generate a research reports with not only data figures but also the essence of facts, status, and recommendations.

 

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work and on specific business area to research, analyze and report.
  • Collaborate closely and support different teams of Sale and Marketing department on business analysis and researching.
  • Gather market intelligence, business activities, business data and present in research reports. Research reports not just stop at data figures but need to show what is hiding behind them.
  • Assist business users on how to fully utilize the systems capability and define business processes
  • Provides oversight into the Analysis of business requirements and ensures that the information systems solutions address complex business needs
  • Provide comprehensive consultation to management for long term recommendation on both system and business aspects.
  • Delivery business requirement in UML which help to transform business requirement into functional specifications.
  • Assist business user on how to fully utilize the system capability.

 

3. REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Information System analysis.
  • 2 years of solid business analysis experience.
  • Strong background in math, be extremely comfortable with advanced computer software such as spreadsheets and database programs, spot market trends, develop financial forecasts, work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to drive process changes and problem resolution via matrix partner relationships
  • Good presentation skills. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, both in writing and speaking, in Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong persuasive skills — ability to gain consensus and convince others
  • Telecom knowledge is a great asset.
  • UML knowledge is a great asset.
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese
